With Balto, you can stay connected to your customers no matter where you are. You can use the Balto app for Ujet or Seaworld clients to stay informed of any changes in their content.
For Ujet clients, the Balto Auto Start/Stop Chrome Extension lets you stay informed of the call status. You can start or stop calls automatically, based on the detection of a change in the call disposition.
For Seaworld clients, the extension stores and retrieves your username and Balto-issued security token in your browser. It also stores the current value of the Inbound and Outbound call preferences.
